Janis and Lesly Mills opened New York Hill Restaurant in 1989, and have been joined by son Randy, grandson Ryan, and his wife Mariela. They feel privileged to work side-by-side in a way deeply rooted in tradition, and are passionate about serving great food in a beautiful, historic setting.
